LICHFIELD CITY CENTRE SITE SELLS FOR RETIREMENT LIVING
Acting on behalf of a London property investor, Kingston CPC has recently concluded the sale of the site formerly occupied by Carols Discount Store, on Cross Keys in Lichfield.
The site extended to 0.73 acres and has been purchased by McCarthy & Stone (Developments) Ltd who were able to obtain Planning Consent from Lichfield District Council for a development of 44 retirement living apartments.
Kingston Director Andrew Buckman commented “ the opportunity to develop a scheme of this nature so close to the City centre is very rare, and the interest we received in the site confirmed that. The figure obtained for the sale has set a new benchmark for land sales in the City Centre”.
