Two new tenants have recently signed up for Marchington Industrial Estate in Staffordshire where Kingston CPC are joint letting agents on behalf of Hortons’ Estate Ltd.

Brit European Transport has moved into a 5,694 sq.ft. unit with a substantial yard area at the estate on a new ten-year lease. Hortons’ constructed the property on behalf of the company as part of a £700,000 investment.

Commercial and domestic fitness equipment maker Johnson Health Tech UK has also taken a five-year lease on an 85,350 sq.ft. unit as well as a further 25,000 sq.ft. on a six-month licence.

Hortons’ has invested more than £1m in Marchington Industrial Estate since its acquisition of the site in 2013. The group has also spent £700,000 on refurbishing unit 16.

Graham Jones, Director of Kingston CPC said “The investment Hortons’ has made in the estate and their willingness to engage with new and existing tenants has paid dividends. Marchington Industrial Estate, with the benefit of its central location close to major road networks, continues to attract occupiers who want flexible and competitive lease terms and we expect to have unit 16 let very soon”.
