Kingston CPC and joint agents Burley Browne have successfully let three office suites in the past month at St Chads House, Cross Keys, Lichfield.

Negotiations were successfully concluded with Easy Fundraising Ltd who have taken two top floor suites and Faurecia Ltd have taken a single ground floor suite. Each suite extends to approximately 1,750 sq ft suites and is of modern open plan style offering on site parking.

St Chads House comprises an attractive modern styled three storey office building offering a total of 6 suites situated in an attractive location overlooking Lichfield Cathedral and within walking distance of Stowe Pool and the City Centre.

Mark Roberts, Managing Director of Loxton Developments who own the premises commented, “We are thrilled to have been able to let three suites in quick succession and now boast an almost fully let office building with only one suite remaining.”

Andrew Buckman, Agency Partner at Kingston comments, “This has been a very positive outcome and we are all naturally delighted to have been able to conclude matters with two well established covenants. Market conditions have been testing over the past couple of years and we are confident that these lettings are further evidence of an improving market.”

There is now only one remaining suite of 1,750 sq.ft. left to occupy.
