Staffordshire’s most active Commercial property Agents
Lichfield based Kingston CPC has picked up another award for clocking up more recorded deals than any other agent in the county over the last 12 months.
Kingston has earned the title of Most Active Agent in Staffordshire from Estates Gazette for the 8th consecutive year after completing over 50% more recorded deals than its nearest competitor in the year to July 2012.
The competition is based on the number of deals completed by each agent over the last 12 months, irrespective of size, for all types of commercial property. Deals ranged from a small kiosk unit to the sale of a £3.1 million industrial complex.
Andrew Buckman, Agency Partner at Kingston CPC comments “We are pleased to have retained our position, and to be recognised again by the Estates Gazette. As a long established Practice in the region, we are delighted that our experience and knowledge of the regional market is again proven through this acknowledgment.”
Mr Buckman said “We have been very proactive over the last 12 months, developing our website, exploring new channels to market and continuing to work closely with our clients.
“However, the main reason for success must be put down to hard work and dedication of the Partners and staff during what continues to be a very difficult trading environment.”
As a double celebration, Graham Jones, was named as Staffordshire’s Deal maker of the Year. Graham won the award for making the highest number of recorded deals in the region for a single commercial agent during the past 12 months. Graham completed nearly 30 deals over the 12 months.
