RICS Registered Valuers
Kingston CPC has carried out valuations under the RICS Valuation Standards ("Red Book") for many years. These tend to cover valuations for Bank lending, Pension Funds, Accounts, Taxation, Charities and financial statements.
From June 2011 the RICS intoduced a new mandatory scheme under which all relevant "Red Book" valuations can only be undertaken by a "Registered Valuer"
Kingston CPC has four Registered Valuers approved by the RICS and available to continue offering Red Book valuation services to clients.
