Most successful commercial property agency in Staffordshire
Kingston CPC has retained the title of Staffordshire's most active agency having won the 2011 commercial property deals competition conducted by EGi, the online arm of the Estates Gazette magazine for the 7th year in a row.
The annual award acknowledges the highest number of completed deals over a 12 month period.

Kingston surpassed the number of transactions achieved last year by 15%.
"Conditions over the last few years have been some of the worst experienced in the commercial property market for a generation. Under these circumstances, to achieve an increase in the number of deals transacted is a testament to the effort put in by our marketing and Agency staff", Andrew Buckman said.
For a double celebration, Partner, Andrew Price, was named as Staffordshire's Deal Maker of the Year. Andrew won the award for making the highest number of recorded deals for a single commercial agent during the past 12 months.
This category was only introduced at the start of the year and recognises individual agents within surveyors' practices.
