Andrew Buckman of Kingston commented “Graham has a strong reputation in the area and we are delighted to bring him on board. His experience and the client base he brings, will add substantially to the business. It further enhances our ability to provide clients with the level of high quality and informed advice they require in an increasingly competitive market.”
Along with Andrew Buckman, Mike Gentles and Andrew Price, Graham is a Registered Valuer accredited by the RICS and as a result, in addition to his agency work, he also undertakes “Red Book” valuations for Banks, Pension Funds, Company Accounts and other regulated purposes.
Kingston CPC has recently reported an improved market in 2011 with levels of enquiries and completed deals increasing substantially on 2010. “All indications are that the economy – and therefore the commercial property market – still has several years to go before a ‘balance’ returns in terms of prices/rentals, demand and supply and a stable base from which to operate. However, short term, month on month improvement is a substantial achievement in these market conditions” reported Andrew Buckman.
