Kingston invest in new software

Staffordshire based commercial property consultants, Kingston CPC is expanding its commercial property management service.

Four years of recession have proved to many property owners that keeping on top of cash flow, key lease dates, service charge and void Rates are important factors in making an investment perform in the current econimic climate.

Kingston invested in bespoke computer software system in 2008 and has been expanding and refining the facilities to enable the handling of a range of commercial property management instructions from single properties to industrial estates, shopping malls, office parks and mixed portfolios.
