Kingston CPC is pleased to have been selected by South Staffordshire College to act in respect of the sale of its Progress Centre premises in Cannock.

The purpose built College was constructed in 2002 and provides an arrangement of flexible floorspace divided into workshops, teaching rooms, offices and ancillary facilities. The total floor area is just over 30,000 sq.ft. on a site of 4.15 acres and is prominently located on the main arterial road from Cannock town centre to the M6 Toll motorway (junction T7)

Much of the floorspace can be adapted with many of the internal walls being of light partitioning.

There are 150 car parking spaces and also additional undeveloped land extending to 1.58 acres which is suitable for development for a range of uses (subject to Planning consent).
