EXCLUDED TENANCIES – WHAT ARE THESE?
Excluded Tenancies remove certain sections of the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 relating to commercial leases.
If you have granted a tenancy excluded from the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act (Excluded Tenancy) which has either come to an end or will shortly come to an end, you need to be aware of the legal position after the expiry of the Lease.
If you have an Excluded Tenancy, or have had an Excluded Tenancy which has expired and you are still in the property paying rent to the Landlord, you need to be aware of your legal position.
